Compensation
Performance-based income (commission)
Typical commission per sale: $2,000–$3,000+
Top performers may earn $10,000–$25,000+ per month
No cap on commission earnings
Actual earnings vary based on individual production, product, case size, and sales performance. Compensation is not guaranteed.
What You'll Do
Meet virtually with pre-scheduled prospective clients
Learn about each client's financial situation, retirement goals, and concerns
Educate clients about available retirement and financial protection strategies
Present appropriate life insurance, IUL, and annuity solutions based on client needs
Build professional, trust-based client relationships
Follow up with prospective and existing clients
Manage appointments and client activity through our CRM
Follow a structured sales and documentation process
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Ideal Candidate
Interested in life insurance, IUL, annuities, and retirement planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable speaking with clients through Zoom and other virtual platforms
Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
Able to work independently in a remote environment
Interested in building a long-term, performance-based income
Previous sales, insurance, financial services, education, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required
Qualifications
Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain the appropriate license before conducting insurance sales
Must reside in the United States
Strong organization and time-management skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual communication tools
Ability to follow established sales and compliance procedures
Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based opportunity, not a salaried or hourly position.
Products include life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and fixed/fixed-indexed annuity solutions used for retirement and financial protection planning.
